51st Annual Meeting Election Results

The Board of Directors of Shee Atiká, Incorporated held its 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00am PDT.  Directors elected to serve a three-year term ending in 2028 include Steven Karpstein, Norma J. Perkins, and Jim Wilkins.  The Board then elected the following officers:  President/CEO – Tim Castro, Chairman – Steven Karpstein, Vice-Chairman – Larry Garrity, Secretary – Marcus Cogley, and Treasurer – Lowell Frank.

James Wilkins:             41,585 Votes
Quorum Only:                      225 Votes

Shareholder Resolution Results were as follows:

Resolution 2025-01 “Resolved, that the Shee Atiká Land Trust shall be established as an ANCSA Settlement Trust effective June 28, 2025” PASSED.
YES         90,814 Votes
NO           10,709 Votes
