CORRECTION 2025 Shee Atiká Annual Distribution Dates & Information
Dear Shareholders,
We would like to share a quick correction and clarification about key distribution details featured in the October 2025 Newsletter.
In that announcement, we shared 2025 key distribution dates. All of that information is correct and accurate as it relates to our regular annual distribution to shareholders.
However, the information was listed under an errant section header titled “Special One-Time Distribution Dates”. This header was unintentionally leftover from the July 2025 Newsletter, which announced that the trustees of the Shee Atiká Fund Endowment (SAFE) had declared a special one-time distribution of $7.00 per trust.
Understandably, this error has caused confusion. We are committed to transparency and accuracy in all shareholder communications and sincerely apologize for the confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we clarify the correct information below:
2025 Key Distribution Dates for Annual Distribution
- Saturday, November 22, 2025
- Board Meets to Determine Distribution
- Monday, November 24, 2025
- Record Date: Last day to update banking and mailing information. This is also the last day to complete gift stock transactions and process estate transfers. Make all changes by noon, Alaska time.
- Monday, December 8, 2025
- Distribution Direct Deposit Date
- Thursday, December 11, 2025
- Distribution Mail Date
