Shee Atiká Seeks Qualified Shareholders to Apply for One-Year Appointment
The Shee Atiká Board is looking to fill an open seat on the board of directors. This term is only one year and ends at the 2026 annual meeting, which means whoever receives the appointment will finish out 2025 and then have to run for election in 2026 if they choose to continue as a Director on the Shee Atiká Board.
That being said, the Board is committed to an open and transparent process to fill the Board seat and encourages all interested shareholders with voting stock to submit an application packet. The deadline for shareholders to submit a packet is 4:30 p.m. Alaska time on Monday, July 14, 2025. The new director will serve the remainder of 2025 until the annual meeting in 2026.
Application Checklist:
- A completed disclosure questionnaire (here)
- A current resume
- A letter of interest explaining why you would be the ideal candidate
- A current credit report (less than 10 days old at time of submission) from one of the three main credit agencies: Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion
- Proof of Education (diploma, degree, and/or transcripts)
