Shee Atiká, Incorporated is proud to announce the appointment of Kim Essendrup to its Board of Directors effective Friday, August 15, 2025, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Director Alysha Guthrie in May 2025. Following an open application period, the Board selected Mr. Essendrup to serve the remainder of Ms. Guthrie’s term, which concludes at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

“We’re excited to welcome Kim Essendrup to the Shee Atiká Board of Directors,” said Chairman Steve Karpstein. “Kim brings more than 20 years of leadership in project management, tech innovation, and business strategy and will be a great asset to our shareholders and future growth.”

Mr. Essendrup is the CEO and co-founder of RAIDLOG, a SaaS startup focused on transforming project risk and decision management. He also co-founded Kolme Group, a consultancy specializing in project portfolio management, and is the co-host of the Project Management Happy Hour podcast. His career reflects a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making, strategic execution, and community-centered leadership.

“I’m honored to join the Shee Atiká Board of Directors. I bring to this role a background in business leadership, project planning, and governance, along with a deep commitment to supporting our shareholders and strengthening our future. Through my work with Native communities in Arizona, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when Native corporations grow in ways that honor both culture and community while creating new opportunities. That’s the spirit I’ll bring to the board—to listen closely, share what I’ve learned, and help guide Shee Atiká toward profitable growth that serves all our shareholders now and for generations to come.”

Ms. Guthrie stepped down to pursue a new opportunity focused on economic development with the Sitka Tribe of Alaska. Shee Atiká thanks her for her years of dedicated service and wishes her continued success in her new role.
